Currently we are a level 1 contributor to BBBEE.

We are fully committed to transformation and are working hand in hand with the industry to implement a comprehensive strategy to ensure we remain compliant.

As a member of SAMBRA we are involved in a number of initiatives bringing about change and assisting businesses to understand, participate, and remain compliant to the new BBBEE Act.

SAMBRA actively participates in the Motor Transformation and Sustainability forum where all associations in the industry engage with SAIA (South African Insurance Association) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to find common ground on driving up standards by setting minimum standards in the industry, best practice, a transformation strategy and fair compensation for services rendered.
