Can I ask my insurer to send my car to Technicolour?
Yes. If your insurer is on the list, tell them when you report the claim that you would like Technicolour to repair your car. If your insurer is not listed, send us your claim number and we will check for you.
What do I need to start an insurance repair?
Your claim number, the name of your insurer and photos of the damage. Send them on WhatsApp to 066 121 8489. We liaise with your insurer and the assessor from there, so you don’t have to chase anyone.
How long will my insurance repair take?
Our median turnaround is 5 days from the start of the repair. We offer courtesy cars and pick-up and drop-off. Check your policy too, because some policies include car hire.
